Hi MAKE readers!

Using a recursive gawk command, I managed to kill this website, including the history, instructions, and the part where you can request the gun for two weeks if your cause is worthy. I can get the text back from the Internet Wayback Machine, but I'm busy porting the submit-a-request thing over to Rails while I'm at it, so it'll be a little while. Meanwhile, you can see some pictures of the UWG in action, or see a bunch of raw photos that I took for the Make article.
